In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will enable you to provide individual, group, and family therapy, significantly enhancing the mental well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s needs, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitating therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups, fostering an environment where clients can express themselves and work through their concerns.
  • Equipping clients with effective coping strategies and tools to enhance their emotional well-being, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.
  • Coordinating care by collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each client's care.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records compliant with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the highest level of patient confidentiality.

Qualifications
