We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support program leadership in driving operational performance and business decision-making. This role provides end-to-end financial oversight for assigned programs, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value management, and long-range planning. The Sr. Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with program managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret financial data, identify trends, assess risks, and recommend actions that enhance program efficiency and profitability. This position also ensures financial compliance, supports audit and reporting requirements.

  • Conducts quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects of public or private institutions
  • Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units in order to track the organization's progress against financial goals.
  • Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making.
  • Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.

      • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience

      • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree 
      • Discipline/Major: Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
      • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Statistical knowledge. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.

      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
      • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

      No or very little travel likely.
      $79,000-$115,000
      Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Companys Gain Sharing Program.
