• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Engage in proactive consultation regarding pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and the formulation of positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client.
• Ensure prompt and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, reflecting concrete case progress and treatment efficacy.
• Utilize evidence-based screening methods and therapeutic interventions recommended by our clinical team to enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive care strategies and facilitate cross-program communication and integration.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation initiatives, ensuring the organization meets all required standards for quality care provision.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, their families, and relevant community and governmental resources to coordinate the necessary support systems.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Welkins Mind Healthcare, Inc., you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing emotional disturbances, substance use issues, as well as those with developmental challenges or brain injuries. • A Master's Degree in a mental health discipline is required.
• A valid and independent LMHC license, which reflects your specialization and competency in the field.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong understanding of mental health assessments and intervention strategies.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting or similar therapeutic environment.
