Everforth ECS is seeking a Theater Air and Missile Defense (TAMD) Planner to work out of our Tampa, FL office.
Everforth ECS is seeking a Theater Air and Missile Defense (TAMD) Planner supports USCENTCOM's Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Division (CCJ38) mission to provide air and missile defense subject-matter expertise (SME) to support operations, exercises, and planning efforts.
  • Synchronize TAMD programs, policies, and procedures that support subordinate commands, other Geographical Combatant Commands, and regional partners.
  • Apply military expertise and experience to support high-priority USCENTCOM implementation and planning efforts involving joint, interagency, and multinational actors / partners.
  • Evaluate and coordinate the implementation of USCENTCOM IAMD strategies, plans, and policies throughout the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR), including regional partner security cooperation activities.
  • Lead / assist in the implementation and planning efforts with counterparts in USCENTCOM Component Commands, other key Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Office of Secretary of Defense, as well as counterparts in other Federal Departments and Agencies.
  • Lead / assist teams with developing IAMD solutions for contingency and operations plans (CONPLAN/OPLAN) within the USCENTCOM Campaign Plan (CCP) construct.
  • Facilitate command-level IAMD exercise working groups and development of exercise injects in support of USCENTCOM IAMD objectives.
  • Analyze and assess air and missile threats (i.e., ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missiles, crewed and uncrewed aircraft, etc.) to USCENTCOM and partner nation forces.
  • Develop, analyze, and coordinate IAMD orders, analyses, estimates, and briefings for USCENTCOM leadership and primary staff.
  • Communicate effectively when advising USCENTCOM leadership on strategic and regional IAMD issues, requirements, and force management.

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility; ability to securely handle/safeguard classified information.
  • Three-to-five years relevant work experience, supporting development, analysis, and coordination of IAMD operational planning, integration, evaluation, and assessments.
  • Ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to draft, edit, and review written products, as well as facilitate and present those products at the General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO), executive, and national agency levels.
  • Ability to lead assigned projects independently and take direction.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products.
  • Ability to provide 24/7 surge support on an occasional basis.
  • Must be available for travel to domestic and international locations; no combat zone travel is authorized on this contract.
