• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological statuses.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, diagnoses, and objectives.
• Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic environment that encourages open dialogue.
• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques and interventions to address client concerns, instigate positive changes, and support emotional resilience.
• Guide clients in identifying and modifying harmful behaviors and thought processes, empowering them to achieve mental wellness.

In this role, you will be primarily focused on providing care to a diverse range of clients, including adults and youth experiencing various mental health conditions. Your expertise will not only help individuals address their immediate issues but also contribute to long-term mental well-being. You will work with clients from different cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, developing culturally competent treatment plans that resonate with their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license or certification as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).
• At least 2 years of proven experience in providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with mental health challenges.
