Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator Responsible for managing the full inside sales cycle for chemical products while controlling and auditing inventory at a remote warehouse. Supports B2B clients, ensures accurate stock levels, and coordinates fulfillment with 3PL partners. Key Responsibilities Sales Support — Respond to product inquiries and provide technical/availability information.

Quote Preparation — Generate accurate price quotes and lead-time estimates. Order Processing — Enter and manage purchase orders through fulfillment. Client Recordkeeping — Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.

B2B Relationship Building — Support and grow long-term customer accounts. Inventory Control — Monitor, audit, and reconcile stock at a remote warehouse. 3PL Coordination — Work with logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
