Job Description
Responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Works cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to manage inventory constraints, resolve delivery exceptions, and support shipping and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
  • Create and process deliveries in SAP upon completion of order requirements
  • Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment
  • Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
  • Manage shipping details, including carrier methods, schedules, and special handling requirements
  • Resolve logistics issues, including address changes, Incoterms, and export documentation
  • Create and maintain accurate system transactions
  • Process classification requests and support invoicing activities
  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
