Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, you will implement and deploy NetSuite solutions:

  • Work within an engagement team, identifying business requirements, managing functional design, prototyping, and designing processes
  • Provide NetSuite consulting expertise, using industry experience, business analysis, and best practices to address clients' most complex requirements
  • Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions that accommodate unique industry, business, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with clients, on-site and remote
  • Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents for client approval
  • Build, develop, and test functional designs and scripted, customized solutions for business components and prototypes
  • Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities across concurrent workstreams
  • Willingness to mentor and support the development of junior team members

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Record to Report: General Ledger, Consolidations, Multibook accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and/or Financial Reporting
    • Procure to Pay: Accounts Payable
    • Order to Cash: Accounts Receivable
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / Multi-Book Consultant / ARM/Revenue Management)
  • Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations, customizations, and ERP data migration/cutover
  • Previous "Big 4" or large consulting firm experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders across global locations
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
