About the Role

A well-established IT consulting firm with deep roots in enterprise digital transformation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Functional Consultant with SME-level expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will support a large-scale digital transformation program for a manufacturing/supply chain client, working closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive requirements gathering, process documentation, and ERP implementation alignment.

This is a fully remote, long-term contract engagement (1 year with extension possible) open to all work authorization types.

What You'll Do
  • Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.

  • Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.

  • Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and gap assessments.

  • Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership; facilitate consensus across business and technology teams.

  • Present findings, recommendations, and process improvement proposals to leadership stakeholders.

  • Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program.

  • Perform target/data mapping and write and analyze SQL queries to support ERP implementation activities.

What We're Looking For

Dealbreakers (must-have):

  • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.

  • Proven SME-level, hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing environments.

  • Documented experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects at enterprise scale.

Required skills & experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with order management and order entry processes.

  • Experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.

  • Proficiency creating process maps, user stories, BRDs, functional specs, and gap assessments.

  • Experience with at least one enterprise ERP system (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent).

  • Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries.

  • Experience with target/data mapping in ERP implementations.

Nice to have:

  • Experience conducting structured requirements-gathering workshops.

  • Background documenting current-state and future-state process assessments.

  • Experience supporting governance and change management activities in large transformation programs.

  • Hands-on manufacturing operations and supply chain environment experience.
