Job Description:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and finished goods, and supporting efficient transportation and warehouse operations. In this role, you will work closely with carriers, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product flow and high service levels.

AS A LOGISTICS COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

  • Schedule and track inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods shipments.

  • Communicate daily with carriers to confirm pickup and delivery appointments.

  • Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, and commercialinvoices).

  • Monitor freight costs and ensure proper billing and invoice accuracy.

  • Escalate and resolve delivery delays or service failures.

  • Coordinate dock schedules to prevent congestion.

  • Ensureaccurateshipmentquantities and documentation.

  • Assistwithreturnsprocessing and claims management.

  • Work with Production and Materials teams to prioritize urgent shipments.

  • Communicate shipment status to Customer Service and Sales.

  • Support Procurement with inbound delivery tracking.

  • Maintain shipment logs and freight tracking reports.

  • Update shipment data in ERP and WMS systems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or 1-3 years of experience inlogistics, shipping, or transportation experience.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite).

  • Strong excel and data entry accuracy skills.

This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
