Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking risks, dependencies, and progress.
  • Client Engagement Work directly with client stakeholders (business and IT), gather and refine requirements, and lead workshops, meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment.
  • Team Coordination Collaborate with offshore development and functional teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. Manage escalations and remove blockers.
  • Planning & Governance Develop project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and resource plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Quality & Delivery Assurance Oversee deliverables, testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod), and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Drive timely go-live and post-go-live support.

  • Functional / Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations (APIs, Azure, Logic Apps), and Leapwork testing tool.
  • Project Management Expertise Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PMP certification preferred. Skilled in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project.
  • Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities-critical for client-facing onshore roles.
