What We're Looking For: The Retirement Accounting Bureau is seeking a Financial Management Supervisor to direct receivable and treasury operations and manage a dedicated team of accounting professionals. Position Summary
As a Financial Management Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team that plays a critical role in managing accounting functions for retirement and employee benefit programs. You will serve as the bureau's primary expert for all inquiries related to accounts receivable, treasury operations, overpayments, and employee and employer contributions. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal controls and take part in the development , testing, and implementation of system enhancements and projects.

Salary Information
This position is in classification Financial Management Supervisor (pay schedule/range 81-02), with
an annual salary of $99,840.00 - $113,318.40, plus excellent benefits.
Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire.

Job Details
ETF offers hybrid remote/office workIf interested in hybrid remote/office work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee must report to ETF on average once a week and on short notice as operational needs require.
All employees are expected to be headquartered and work within the state of Wisconsin.
ETF does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.
Prior to any appointments for position(s) filled from this announcement, candidates may be subject to a comprehensive criminal background check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the duties required of the position.

Qualifications
Minimally Qualified candidates will have experience in all the following :
- Leading a team in a professional financial setting
- Using or auditing complex accounting systems (e.g., PeopleSoft Financials, SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Netsuite, or other similar system)
- Performing complex reconciliations
In addition, Highly Qualified candidates will also have experience with some of the following :
- Serving in a formal supervisory role in a financial setting (formal supervision entails hiring staff, conducting performance evaluations, handling discipline, etc.)
- Developing, implementing, and/or maintaining internal controls
- Experience with pension plan accounting, pension benefit administration, or governmental retirement systems
