Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant – Absence Management, Core HR, Compensation, Learn, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Client/Infosys Office as Required)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Experience: 15+ Years

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Description:

  • 15+ yrs of IT Experience and 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong functional expertise and Hands-on experience in working on enhancements primarily in Absence management, Core HR, Compensation, Learn and OTL.
  • Analyze, design, and implement functional enhancements, configuration changes, and Jira defect fixes across Absence, Core HR, Compensation, Learn, and OTL modules.
  • Provide impact analysis for change requests and support testing, deployment, and post-production validation.
  • Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and knowledge articles.
  • Strong understanding of Core HR processes, including workforce structures, person management, assignments, and employment lifecycle events.
  • Redwood UI (mandatory)
  • Should be well acquainted with JIRA tool, Service Now incidents, SCTasks, Oracle service requests.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Worked with Oracle Support for SR creation, tracking, and closure.
