Must Have:

  • 80% Functional and 20% technical.
  • Time and Labor - OTL/Payroll expert with Benefits knowledge

Techno-Functional Oracle Fusion HCM (80-20) -  

-          US Citizen

-          Willing to get US security clearance.

-          Oracle fusion application experience

-          Time & Labor, Benefits, Benefits Enrolment, Performance and Recruiting Modules

-          Good understanding of Fusion database table structures within HCM

-          Candidate should be hands-on with performing functional setups, debugging issues, and working on incidents in independent capacity.

-          5-8 Years of experience

  • Experience with federal projects is a plus.
  • Experience with fusion version 24D, 25A, 25B,25D,26A,26B
  • Embedded AI knowledge with fusion application
  • Redwood knowledge
  • Should have hands on knowledge working on  VBS
  • Should know BI & OTBI
