• Provide counseling services for a diverse range of clients, focusing on mental health challenges, trauma recovery, and dual diagnosis treatment.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans for each client to promote positive outcomes.
• Utilize cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) to document client progress and ensure compliance with all insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Maintain an organized schedule that may include evenings and weekends, adapting your availability to meet the needs of your client base.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our network to share best practices and resources, enhancing service delivery and patient care.

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and present a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and complex trauma. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology, including reliable internet access, a functional web camera, and a personal computer/laptop.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively while adapting to the work-from-home setting.
• Completion of a background check is mandatory to ensure client safety.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and techniques applicable to a wide range of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for insurance providers, particularly Medicaid and Medicare.
• Previous telehealth counseling experience is considered an asset.
