Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst (AR, Cash Management & I2C)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in US)
Job Type: Contract
We are hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Systems Analyst (AR, Cash Management & I2C) to support and optimize enterprise financial systems in a fast-growing environment. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ERP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including AR, Cash Management, ChRM, AGIS, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial applications.
  • Lead solution design, gap analysis, testing, UAT, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support quarterly patches, financial close activities, SOX/ITGC compliance, and system documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements and integrations.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst / ERP Analyst experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (Fusion preferred, EBS acceptable).
  • Strong experience with Oracle Financial modules and SLA configuration.
  • Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
  • Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business processes.

Nice to Have:
  • Oracle EPM/Hyperion, BI Publisher, OBIEE, Snowflake, Sigma.
  • ERP integrations and public company experience.
  • Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Glean) and Oracle Fusion Agentic AI.
