  • Lead data conversion activities utilizing Oracle Cloud data loading tools and best practices.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud reporting technologies.
  • Support technical architecture, security, environment strategy, deployment planning, and release management.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, client IT teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Review technical deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to Oracle best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior technical consultants while fostering technical excellence.
  • Participate in solution estimation, technical planning, proposal development, and internal innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of Oracle application implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud technical implementation experience.
  • Proven experience leading technical workstreams on Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud integration frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud integrations, data conversions, reporting, and technical development.
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, file-based integrations, and event-driven solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and technical best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
  • Experience mentoring technical consultants and leading distributed technical teams.

Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud technologies:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Data Conversions (HDL, HSDL, FBDI, HCM Extracts)
  • Reporting and Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud)
  • Oracle Visual Builder (VB Studio/VBCS) and Application Composer
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Autonomous Database (ATP)
  • Oracle Cloud Security, Identity Management, and SSO
  • REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Business Events, and File-Based Integrations
  • Oracle Redwood UI and SaaS Extensions
  • DevOps, Environment Strategy, and Release Management
  • Oracle AI capabilities and intelligent automation
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, ERP, SCM Cloud applications is preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.

What We're Looking For...
We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys balancing architecture, leadership, and hands-on delivery.

  • Lead technical teams throughout the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.
  • Own technical solution delivery across multiple Oracle Cloud workstreams.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Remain actively involved in solution design, development, troubleshooting, and deployment.
