As a remote Oracle database administrator, your duties are to work from home or a remote location to help your clients with database management, troubleshoot technical issues, provide data storage solutions, perform backup and recovery services, and implement new features or services to their databases. Your responsibilities require you to work closely with your clients to assess their needs and carry out their strategies to achieve their goals. You must be well-versed in Oracle software and hardware, such as server systems and database software. You also need to know how to communicate technical language to end users.

Why we need you We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to maintain, enhance, and scale our AWS-based infrastructure. We develop and operate a state-of-the-art OSINT collection and processing SaaS platform. You will work with a mature IaC environment managing production systems, including Kubernetes clusters, MongoDB sharded deployments, message queues, and comprehensive monitoring solutions.
What to expect Maintain and enhance Ansible playbooks and roles Manage AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters with KEDA-based event-driven autoscaling Administer sharded MongoDB clusters and Elasticsearch databases Manage RabbitMQ and Redis clusters Maintain and improve monitoring stack (Nagios, ELK, CloudWatch, PagerDuty) Implement and enforce security controls (SELinux, FIPS compliance, OSSEC, WAF) Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash for operational tasks Support CI/CD pipelines using Atlassian Bamboo/GitHub Actions Participate in on-call rotation for production infrastructure support Create and maintain baseline AMIs for rapid environment provisioning Your profile in short US Citizen with 3+ years of AWS experience Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Strong proficiency with Ansible (playbooks, roles, dynamic inventory) Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production, including non-managed clusters.
