Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, employing evidence-based methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions, helping clients tackle issues such as low self-esteem, addictions, family conflicts, and suicidal ideation.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, ensuring that all data is accurately documented to track progress and treatment efficacy.
  • Refer clients to psychiatrists or advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) for further evaluation when necessary, facilitating integrated care delivery.
  • Collaborate constructively with clients' family members to provide support and monitor behavioral changes in conjunction with treatment goals.
  • Utilize crisis intervention techniques to manage emergencies effectively, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate support during difficult times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes a broad spectrum of individuals facing mental health challenges, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. As a remote counselor, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and geographies, providing them with accessible mental health support tailored to their specific situations. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health setting or with a diverse patient population is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
