Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
  • Deliver psychoeducation on perinatal mental health, including assessment, intervention, and follow-up services.
  • Implement assigned treatment plans, documenting daily progress notes, attendance, discharge summaries, and incident reports accurately and promptly.
  • Facilitate and lead therapeutic groups and workshops, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times while adhering to the Code of Ethics of the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with community resources, referral sources, and local agencies to enhance client support and care.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions to improve clinical skills and team collaboration.
  • Assist with social service needs as required, advocating for clients to ensure they receive comprehensive support from a variety of community organizations.

Qualifications
