Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status to develop tailor-made treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring that interventions are suited to each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy services to clients who may face transportation difficulties or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of client information.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, sharpening your clinical skills and staying informed about emerging trends in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population, offering counseling services across various demographics, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced education, such as a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, is highly preferred.
