Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients entering the detox program and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to meet the diverse needs of clients, adapting approaches to ensure the best outcomes.
• Maintain stringent documentation and clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and safely stored.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy that adheres to best practices.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance personal and team performance, contributing to continuous improvement in patient care quality.
• Serve as a vital resource for clients and their families by providing education on mental health issues, available treatments, coping strategies, and community resources that can enhance recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to continually elevate service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, and related mental health challenges. Your ability to build rapport and offer tailored interventions will be crucial in promoting resilience and recovery among a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment plan development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to connect with diverse populations.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice within the field of social work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or familiarity with virtual service delivery models.
• Additional certifications in therapeutic modalities or specialized training in substance use disorders are a plus.
• A background in community resource navigation to assist clients in linking to available support systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a progressive compensation package, employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits plan that includes:
