Position : Customer Care Representative - Remote (3 MOnths Contract)

Location : Covington, GA

Work Hours: Flexible, M-F 30hrs per week.

Operating within normal business hours 9:00am-5:00pm (Remote, does not matter location of residence)

  • Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to demonstrate follow up, capable of using basic Microsoft excel or Word functions.
  • Comfortable calling or emailing decision makers.
  • Would like for the individual to be able to set up appointments with decision makers and our national account managers after giving brief overview of our Pure wick system.
  • Primary job functions would be to use a targeting list and making phone calls or sending emails to potential key decision makers for our Pure wick product.
  • Providing brief introduction of product with the goal of setting up a meeting with one of our National Account Managers.
  • Must be comfortable on the phone and have good communication, organization and follow up skills.
