This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility and the ability to create a balanced work-life dynamic. Our outpatient office supports a team-oriented culture where providers can collaborate in real-time, share resources, and receive peer support. By utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, counselors can maintain detailed documentation while seamlessly tracking patient progress and treatment outcomes. Our remote work setting ensures that you can deliver exceptional care from the comfort of your own space while remaining connected to our team and clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health status, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, ensuring to track progress regularly.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities that encourage client engagement and communication.
• Equip clients with appropriate coping strategies and tools to manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care and make necessary referrals.
• Maintain detailed records of treatment activities, sessions, and client interactions within our EHR system.
• Stay informed about ongoing professional development opportunities and incorporate the latest research into practice.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as mental health disorders, substance use, trauma, and emotional distress. Utilizing culturally responsive approaches, you will ensure that each client feels understood and respected, fostering a therapeutic alliance that enhances treatment effectiveness. Your commitment to evidence-based practices will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and promoting recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in the mental health field.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.
• Adeptness in crisis intervention and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in developing rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proficient in operating electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software.
• A commitment to ethical guidelines, maintaining client confidentiality, and establishing professional boundaries.

• Experience delivering culturally competent therapy specifically designed for individuals from various backgrounds.
• Background in providing group therapy sessions is highly valued.
• Skilled in using modern therapeutic techniques and tools (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, etc.).
