As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Delivering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapted to the unique preferences of clients.
• Maintaining consistent and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate patient care and address complex mental health needs effectively.
• Regularly participating in peer consultations and case review meetings, promoting professional development and the sharing of knowledge to enhance service quality.
• Providing educational support to patients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and connecting them with available community resources that can aid their recovery.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in the mental health landscape, ensuring that your practice remains innovative and effective.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our patients come from varied backgrounds and situations, requiring a culturally competent and sensitive approach to care. Your role is pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and improve overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university is a must.
• Current, valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Ability to utilize evidence-based, solution-focused techniques proficiently and effectively in therapy sessions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside strong interpersonal abilities that promote rapport with patients and team members.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting.
