• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through video conferencing, ensuring a safe and empathetic environment for exploration and growth.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Document session notes and client progress accurately and efficiently using our secure electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to share insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to refine therapeutic skills and expand clinical knowledge.

This role focuses primarily on providing clinical psychotherapy to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will guide individuals on their journeys toward recovery and emotional health.

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active and unrestricted license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing clinical psychotherapy and support to adult clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong written communication skills, essential for accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• Specialized training in additional therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience in a remote therapeutic setting or teletherapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
