Day to Day:

  • Execute territory and account assignments within CRM and planning tools
  • Document processes and recurring field requests to improve scalability
  • Analyze usage and consumption trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Provide insights on customer health, expansion opportunities, and renewal likelihood
  • Support reporting on key metrics such as usage, consumption, and customer value
  • Serve as a point of contact for Sales and Customer Success data-related inquiries
  • Deliver clear, data-backed insights to leadership and field teams
  • Analyze performance across revenue, attainment, and growth metrics
  • Develop dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis for business-critical decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
