Job description

About Snorkel
At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn't start with the model, it starts with the data.
We're on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world's largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!
About the Team
The Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) organization at Snorkel is one of the company's most critical growth engines. Within DaaS, the Supply team is responsible for building and scaling the global expert contributor (EC) network that powers our data delivery.
This includes sourcing high-quality contributors across domains, managing external partnerships (e.g., BPOs), and ensuring we can meet demand with the right supply at the right time.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategy and operations manager to support the acquisition of ECs. This role will flex across high-priority initiatives - from scaling acquisition channels to improving partner performance - and will play a key role in ensuring we can reliably meet demand at scale.
You will work closely with senior leaders across Supply to drive operational execution, support cross-functional initiatives, and build the systems and processes that enable scalable supply.
This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working across multiple workstreams.
What You'll Do
  • Own and drive cross-functional operational programs across acquisition, partnerships, and supply scaling
  • Support BPO and partner operations, including onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution
  • Help operationalize and scale acquisition channels (paid, referrals, partnerships)
  • Track and report on key supply and growth metrics (activation, CAC, capacity, utilization)
  • Identify gaps in supply vs. demand and support execution plans to close them
  • Build and improve operational processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency
  • Act as a connector across Delivery, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and GTM teams
  • Take ownership of ambiguous problems by structuring analyses, developing recommendations, and driving implementation
About You
  • You are a strong operator who can move between strategy and execution fluidly
  • You are comfortable working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • You bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
  • You are highly collaborative and able to influence without authority
  • You are data-driven and use metrics to guide decisions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, growth, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in marketplaces, supply-side growth, or partner ecosystems
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition, referrals, or growth channels
  • Experience working with external partners or vendors (e.g., BPOs)

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary base for this position can range as detailed below. Snorkel also includes benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
The salary range for this position based off of tier 1 locations such as San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle and is $130,000-$180,000 All offers include equity compensation in the form of employee stock options.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
