We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our senior leadership team. This role requires a meticulous individual who can efficiently manage complex schedules, track and monitor key assignments, organize compelling presentations, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assignment and due date tracking:
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking executive assignments, key projects, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives, providing regular updates to executives on status and potential roadblocks.
  • Compile data, track legislation, and assist leadership and teams with special projects as needed.
  • Presentation organization and preparation:
