Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 base salary + performance bonus up to 40% of base
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

Overview
A fast-growing private lender is seeking an experienced Closing Manager to lead their remote closing department through continued expansion. In this role you will oversee a team of closers, manage a high-volume pipeline of 150–180 loans per month, and serve as the operational backbone of the closing process — from legal review through funding. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys being busy, and takes pride in keeping a team organized and performing at a high level.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a remote closing department including closer schedules, closing scheduling, and funding approvals
• Serve as the closing team's primary resource for daily file questions and escalations
• Conduct legal review of title commitments, CPLs, entity documents, and purchase contracts including assignments and double closings
• Determine signing authority through entity structure review
• Prepare and review closing packages and marked-up title commitments ensuring all liens, judgments, and title issues are resolved prior to closing
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of 150–180 loans per month
• Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, title companies, attorneys, loan officers, and internal departments
• Maintain accuracy and composure during high-volume periods including month-end surges
Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of closing management experience including at least 1 year managing remote staff
• 3+ years of closing experience at a Private Money/Hard Money lender
• Experience in private lending
• Working knowledge of Bridge, Fix and Flip, Construction, and DSCR loan products
• Experience with entity review and title review including CPLs and lien/judgment resolution
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines of 150+ loans per month
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead a remote team through a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and composed under pressure
