Your Role as a Senior Product Operations Manager:

The Senior Product Operations Manager drives operational excellence across Product and strategic partnership initiatives by developing the processes, tools, insights, and operating rhythms that enable teams to work effectively and make informed decisions. This role connects Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and other cross-functional teams to improve visibility, streamline execution, and measure outcomes. Working within an empowered product model, the Senior Product Operations Manager supports and amplifies product teams while leading the operational execution of key partner initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Operations

  • Own and continuously improve product operating rhythms, including shaping cycles, Product Council preparation, launch readiness, and outcome measurement.
  • Manage and operationalize Voice of the Customer programs, including NPS, feature requests, and exit interviews, ensuring insights inform product shaping and prioritization.
  • Develop and standardize product launch and go-to-market processes, including templates, communication plans, success metrics, and cross-functional readiness.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define, track, and report on product OKRs, roadmap delivery, and success metrics.
  • Provide clear reporting and visibility across Product, executive leadership, and go-to-market teams.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of product analytics tools and dashboards that measure feature adoption, client outcomes, and product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product workflows, tools, and operating processes without creating unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy.

Product Partnership Operations

  • Serve as the internal project lead for strategic partner initiatives, including integrations, joint launches, and new offerings, in collaboration with Partner Management.
  • Translate partnership agreements and objectives into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and measures of success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness for partner launches across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and other impacted teams.
  • Track and report on partner initiative performance, including revenue contribution, adoption, client satisfaction, and operational impact.
  • Maintain accountability for partnership project delivery, proactively identifying risks and ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Establish repeatable processes and operating practices that support the continued growth and scalability of partnership programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of modern Product Operations practices, including product planning cadences, launch readiness, product analytics, Voice of the Customer programs, OKRs, and outcome measurement.
  • Advanced project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives, dependencies, timelines, and risks.
  • Ability to design and continuously improve scalable, low-friction processes that increase clarity, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS partnership operations, including partner launches, enablement, governance, performance measurement, and cross-functional readiness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable product, customer, and partnership insights.
  • Working knowledge of commercial partnership and revenue metrics, including pipeline, revenue contribution, adoption, retention, and client value.
  • Working knowledge of CRM workflows, pipeline visibility, attribution, sales handoffs, and revenue reporting, preferably within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Product Operations, analytics, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Salesforce, Pendo, Power BI, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to develop and communicate clear reporting, dashboards, success metrics, and executive-level updates.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills with the ability to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Implementation, Support, and Finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of empowered product team principles, with the ability to improve processes and operating practices while preserving team autonomy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives from planning through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Partnership Operations, Partner Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related B2B SaaS operational role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product teams through operating cadences, product planning or shaping processes, launch readiness, product analytics, Voice of the Customer programs, OKR tracking, or process improvement.
  • Experience supporting commercial partnerships, partner programs, integrations, partner launches, or partner-related go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience developing or coordinating product or partner launches, including enablement, implementation readiness, and post-launch measurement.


Compensation

This full-time, remote position offers a total compensation range of $140,000-$160,000 USD, depending on your experience and skills. Our compensation package is designed to recognize your contributions, reward outstanding performance, and support your long-term growth.
