In the role of Casino Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of our talented Casino Team, dedicated to delivering players a world-class casino experience. This role collaborates closely with the Casino Promotions, Casino Engineering, and Player Support teams to ensure seamless casino operations and an engaging user experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute on RSI's game roadmap and casino lobby strategy.
  • Coordinate with the game release team to facilitate new content releases, ensuring all regulatory and QA approvals are secured before launch.
  • Evaluate and execute on the ordering of the casino lobby based on game performance metrics, and management guidelines to present the most relevant casino games to players.
  • Evaluate the casino user experience through your continued site interaction and provide feedback to product for future developments.
  • Work with the Casino Promotions Team to create and position casino lobby categories and highlight on-going promotions and CRM.
  • Perform competitive analysis to ensure RSI's content, exclusive, and product offering is market leading.
  • Manage requests for the creative team to ensure new game content is available for launch and promotion.
  • Adjust game lobby icons using Photoshop or other image editing software as needed to ensure high quality casino lobby assets as utilized.
  • Provide customers with an industry-leading experience.
  • As this position will be required to ensure casino content is always, open availability and a flexible schedule is required.
  • Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in online gaming or relevant casino experience
  • You have experience with casino operational and management tools
  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers for extended periods of time
  • You must be passionate about casino games
  • You are self-motivated and very reliable
  • You are a team player
  • You can multi-task and work well under pressure
