Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr Analyst, Operations Support to design and deliver efficient technical solutions to further CVS Health's systems engineering and infrastructure initiatives. Duties include: Collaborate with software developers to select appropriate design solutions for data management platform interoperability. Analyze information to recommend and install updated systems and infrastructure. Confer with data processing and systems requirements to design and implement systems and infrastructure. Determine systems performance standards and evaluate factors relating to backup infrastructure, hardware, and security. Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs through research, test, or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes. Configure all aspects of the backup infrastructure and use knowledge of Ansible, Salt, and Terraform to automate infrastructure solutions. Responsible for backup and recovery methodologies and application of these methodologies including retention, reclamation, and disaster recovery. Manage, configure and maintain multi-PB multitier environments. Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the multiple environments. Respond to, diagnose and remediate issues in dynamic environments. Participate in capacity planning and performance discussions. Development and execution of disaster recovery exercises. Responsible for maintaining current knowledge transfer across multiple infrastructure disciplines. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and six months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires six months of experience in each of the following: Java, Python, or Node.js; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; Cassandra, or Teradata; JIRA, Rally, or Confluence; Cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); SQL, MySQL or NoSQL; PowerBI and Tableau; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; and Relational database concepts. Pay Range: $99258.00/year to $102000.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
