Position OverviewAs a Data Analytics Manager in the FP&A group, you will play a key role in building out analytics capabilities from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead reporting and analytics development, partner with business teams, and drive meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, balancing business partnership, technical depth, and process improvement. A critical component of this role is designing, building, and executing a scalable data lake and data architecture to serve as the single source of truth for the enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to influence how the business thinks about and uses data, while shaping future team structure as opportunities and requests grow.
