Our client is looking to hire a Business Analyst. This position will assist with other client departments which administers a variety of programs to assist low-income individuals and families move towards self-sufficiency. This position is responsible for defining and implementing the business process changes that must be made to the CWW, W-2 and related programs information systems in relationship to changes in program policies and procedures, federal reporting, financial reporting, program monitoring, contracts, and audits. The position is also responsible for writing operation memoranda to explain to agency workers what is changing, how the associated new functionality will work and how the worker should enter information.
Tasks
Identifying and creating system business requirements for system changes needed because of new federal law and regulations, state law or administrative rules as well as W-2 and related programs policies.
