Shape the Future of Blockchain—Bringing Business On-Chain

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder. Founded nearly five years ago, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.

Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 OS with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a full-stack development environment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration. Mainnet is live.

Our Projects • Autheo – www.autheo.com • Autheo Team – https://www.autheo.com/team • Launch Legends (Parent Company) – www.launchlegends.io • Twitter / X: https://x.com/Autheo_Network

About Autheo With 100+ equity cofounders from leading companies and institutions—many with advanced degrees and PhDs—Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.

Key Features: • Enterprise-Grade Layer-0 + Layer-1 – High-speed, post-quantum secure, cost-efficient infrastructure built for scale. • Developer Hub & Application Marketplace – A decentralized platform where developers build, deploy, and monetize real-world apps. • Web2-Web3 Integration – Microservices, SDKs, and governance frameworks for seamless business migration. • Decentralized Cloud & Compute – Secure, privacy-preserving storage and AI-powered compute for next-gen applications. • DePIN Infrastructure – On-chain networks powering real-world infrastructure ownership and resource sharing.

Compensation & Growth Path This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and related entities, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have completed initial financing rounds to support infrastructure and marketing and continue discussions with VCs and crypto investors. Salaried compensation is expected to begin following further node/token sales or funding.

ROLE: IP Program Manager (Patent Operations & Pipeline)

About the Role Launch Legends, together with its subsidiary Legendary IP LLC, is seeking an IP Program Manager to operationalize and scale one of the most ambitious patent programs in blockchain / decentralized systems history. You will own the patent operations pipeline, coordinate invention harvesting across technical verticals, track critical deadlines, and ensure seamless collaboration between in-house IP counsel/attorneys, engineering teams, founders, and external counsel. This role sits alongside our existing Intellectual Property Manager and IP legal team.

Key Responsibilities • Own the full patent operations pipeline, including timelines, roadmap, dashboards, and KPIs. • Facilitate invention harvesting meetings across Autheo’s verticals (Blockchain, Cryptography, Kernel, AI/ML, DePIN, VM, DevHub, and related areas). • Track deadlines for provisionals, office actions, PCT filings, national phases, and related formalities. • Manage communication and workflow between the In-House Patent Attorney / IP Legal Counsel, external law firms, engineers, and founders. • Oversee document workflows, versioning, intake forms, templates, and IP procedures. • Ensure all filings meet quality, completeness, and formatting standards. • Build and maintain portfolio visibility tools and reporting for leadership.

Requirements – Must Have • 3–7+ years experience in program management for legal, patent, R&D, or technical operations (IP/patent operations strongly preferred). • Strong organizational skills and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and deadlines. • Ability to work cross-functionally with highly technical engineering and product teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort operating in a fast-moving remote equity-cofounder environment.

Nice to Have • Direct experience supporting large or high-velocity patent portfolios / IP operations. • Familiarity with USPTO/PCT processes, docketing systems, or patent analytics tools. • Background in blockchain, cryptography, distributed systems, AI/ML, or related deep tech (not required but helpful). • Prior experience in startup / high-growth or equity-based environments.

First 90-Day Deliverables • Operationalize / refine a high-volume invention intake and submission pipeline. • Create or upgrade the portfolio dashboard, KPI tracking, and basic automation/workflows. • Implement or standardize intake forms, harvesting cadence, and scheduling system across priority verticals. • Establish clear handoff and communication protocols with the existing IP Manager, attorneys, and engineering leads.

About Our Organization Autheo is building the Layer-0 Operating System + integrated Layer-1 that unifies identity, compute, storage, developer tooling, and AI capabilities. The platform emphasizes post-quantum security, sovereign infrastructure, and real-world enterprise and developer adoption. Join a global team of 100+ equity cofounders spanning blockchain, AI, security, systems, legal, and operations.

WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS? • Traction with Momentum: Mainnet live, significant developer and network activity, and continued ecosystem growth. • Cross-Industry Impact: Positioned to transform Web3 and enable broader Web2/enterprise adoption of decentralized infrastructure. • Real Innovation, Not Hype: Focus on substance—modular fullstack infrastructure, enterprise-grade toolkits, decentralized identity, cloud, compute, and orchestration. • Backed by Elite Talent: Professionals from top-tier universities, Fortune 500 companies, and major technology/blockchain platforms.

If you’re ready to help build and protect one of the most ambitious IP portfolios in decentralized systems, we invite you to take the next step.
