Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, partnering with schools on hiring best practices, sharing relevant market intelligence, and delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turn over.
This is a remote position. The individual in this role must reside in one of the following states: IL, CA, WI, MN, OR or WA.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience working within a Talent Acquisition function
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role required

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
  • Base salary range: $65-75k.
  • This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
