You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to create a supportive network for both clients and team members. • Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals and therapeutic needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to various client scenarios, such as anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, and life transitions.
• Regularly monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, utilizing established protocols to provide effective assistance.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical regulations within the framework of HIPAA.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and improve overall client well-being.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new findings into practice.
• Engage in regular professional supervision and training sessions to refine clinical skills and ensure best practices in therapy.
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards set forth by licensing boards and mental health organizations.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of three years of relevant therapeutic experience providing mental health services.
