Your role as an LMFT will be conducted in a fully remote setting, allowing you to provide therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and goals, ensuring tailored treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to provide individual, couples, and family counseling sessions, employing various modalities as appropriate.
• Regularly engage in supervision and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards, preserving client confidentiality while creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and techniques in marriage and family therapy to continually refine your practice and improve client satisfaction.

As an LMFT at Soul Restoration, you will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals and families facing a wide array of challenges, including relationship issues, mental health disorders, life transitions, and trauma. Your expertise will help guide them towards healing and restoration, fostering stronger connections and healthier dynamics.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid Oregon state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in therapy, with a strong emphasis on assessment and treatment plan development.
• Exceptional communication skills must be utilized effectively in a virtual setting, ensuring a personable and engaging client experience.
• Proficient in using digital therapy tools, telehealth software, and electronic health record systems to streamline workflows and enhance client interaction.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, is highly valued.
• Background in working within a community health setting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with family systems therapy and conflict resolution strategies is a plus.
