This position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility and autonomy to effectively conduct therapy sessions from your home office or preferred space. • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their specific challenges, goals, and aspirations.
• Regularly monitor client progress towards treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic interventions in response to evolving client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services and facilitate referrals to specialized resources as needed, ensuring that clients have access to comprehensive support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, state laws, and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and participation in peer review sessions, contributing to the clinic's mission of excellence in service delivery.

You will primarily work with diverse populations including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and adjustment disorders. Our clients range from children to seniors, providing a rich and varied landscape for therapeutic engagement. Treatment approaches will focus on empowering clients through collaborative goal-setting, utilizing evidence-based interventions that are adaptable to the unique life experiences and cultural backgrounds of each client.

• A current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field.
• A minimum of 4 years experience working in an outpatient setting providing mental health services to individuals and families.
• Strong expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a clear understanding of various treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with other team members.

Preferred candidates will have experience in teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. An understanding of cultural competencies in therapy is also highly desirable, as we strive to provide inclusive and responsive care to every client we serve.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
