The LPC will operate within a fully remote outpatient setting with flexibility in scheduling. • Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and tailor appropriate intervention strategies.
• Facilitate open lines of communication among supervisors, direct care team members, family members, and other stakeholders, ensuring a holistic view of each client's progress.
• Develop and provide a tentative schedule of appointments, home visits, and follow-up observations to monitor client advancement effectively.
• Coordinate and conduct home visits as necessary, ensuring compliance with program requirements while performing detailed chart reviews and interviews.
• Ensure that all implemented programs and treatment plans are effective and executed properly to meet clients' needs.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and relevant discussions to foster a collaborative treatment approach.
• Document progress accurately through monthly and quarterly assessments, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for team members to ensure the proper understanding and implementation of the program plans.
• Provide continuous support by performing follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations based on individual needs.
• Act as a liaison with the public and local mental health communities, contributing to the outreach and development goals of the organization.
• Assist in the development of training materials and procedures to enhance program efficacy and outcomes.

The LPC will work primarily with a diverse population, serving both adults and youth with varied mental health needs. You will have the opportunity to support clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, among others. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies is essential.
