Revive Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise in marriage and family therapy to provide essential mental health services to individuals and families. • Conduct thorough intake interviews with new clients to assess their mental health needs and diagnose conditions in accordance with established guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client and their family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes, treatment summaries, and documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with external resources and stakeholders to foster community-based preventive mental health services and enhance patient support.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices, ethics, and developments within the field of marriage and family therapy.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and up-to-date knowledge of relevant requirements and supervision guidelines.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing mental health services, with a background in crisis intervention preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines.

• Experience with teletherapy techniques and tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.
• Exposure to community resource networks and preventive mental health programs.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
