Your role as an LCSW will involve a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual mental health needs using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Participating in regular peer consultation meetings to discuss case progress and treatment techniques, thereby advancing clinical skills and quality of care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the varying needs of clients from different backgrounds will be essential in fostering strong therapeutic relationships and promoting successful treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings, primarily focused on providing psychotherapy.
