• Conduct meaningful remote therapy sessions with clients using our user-friendly online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on each client's individual needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies to align with changing needs.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals within our clinic to provide cohesive and thorough care, ensuring continuity for each client.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Neurocoach, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. This role emphasizes cultural competence and the ability to tailor your approach to meet the distinct needs of each individual, whether they are adults, adolescents, or families. Your contributions will significantly impact the lives of those seeking support, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and valid state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD).
• Proficiency in technology and comfort conducting therapy sessions using digital tools and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of our collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience providing individual therapy and counseling, especially in a remote capacity.
