• Deliver tailored mental health counseling services to stable, low-acuity adults via video chat, prioritizing their mental wellness and personal growth.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to accurately understand client needs, establishing personalized treatment plans that promote behavioral change and skill development.
• Facilitate therapeutic conversations aimed at helping clients cultivate new coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and effective communication strategies.
• Engage in collaborative care by sharing insights and recommendations with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to enhance the holistic treatment approach.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

In this role, you will primarily work with low-acuity adult clients who are seeking mental health support to manage common psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in the state of California as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent practice privileges.
• Demonstrated competence in communication, interpersonal skills, and the proficient use of technology for virtual counseling.
• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted online sessions.
• A professional history free of disciplinary actions, demonstrating commitment to ethical practice.

• Experience counseling adult populations in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with behavioral health software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge or certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience working in community health organizations or similar environments that serve diverse populations.
