In this remote role, you will be connecting with clients primarily through telehealth sessions. The work hours are set on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule conducive to work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough assessments during telehealth sessions to understand each client’s unique challenges and needs.
• Develop and implement customized care plans that provide straightforward strategies for overcoming obstacles, leveraging a solution-focused approach.
• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions that might include cognitive-behavioral techniques, play therapy, or family counseling, all tailored to enhance client engagement.
• Coordinate with schools, families, and community resources to help clients access the necessary support, such as academic tutoring and extracurricular programs.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
