• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings through telehealth platforms to identify patients' mental health needs, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide virtual short-term individual counseling, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops aimed at promoting personal development and addressing broader mental health topics relevant to patients.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and community resources to create integrated care pathways for patients, ensuring their mental health needs align with their overall wellness goals.
• Engage in proactive outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness and promote prevention tactics among the community, including organizing online wellness events.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with industry ethical standards and legal regulations.

Your responsibilities will include providing support to a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges exacerbated by the isolation of remote living or ongoing health issues. Understanding the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of our clients is essential to foster a therapeutic relationship.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced by individuals from various backgrounds, particularly in a telehealth context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective engagement with patients and collaboration with a range of healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic models suitable for a remote counseling framework.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, telehealth environment while managing a diverse caseload.

• At least 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth or hospital setting.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Background in implementing outreach or educational programs related to mental health awareness.
