• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients via video chat, tailoring approaches based on individual client needs.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions, personal experiences, and relational dynamics to promote self-discovery and personal growth.
• Act as a client advocate, working collaboratively to establish and achieve client-defined goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of each client’s mental health, and develop and implement treatment plans that employ evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational standards.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health concerns. They are screened to ensure that they are suited for remote counseling, creating an opportunity for you to focus on therapeutic techniques and development rather than crisis intervention. This role allows you to contribute meaningfully to the lives of individuals seeking assistance in navigating life's challenges, thereby enhancing their overall mental health and quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated capacity to evaluate client needs, make informed decisions, and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, paired with a genuine, compassionate nature and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology, including proficiency in virtual counseling platforms.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in providing remote therapy, particularly through digital communication platforms.
• Experience working in community health settings or similar environments focusing on preventive mental health.
