Job description

Company Description

Agile IT is a Microsoft AOS-G partner and Cyber AB Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO) built for the Defense Industrial Base. As one of six original AOS-G resellers for GCC High, we help defense contractors meet CMMC compliance and operate securely in Microsoft cloud environments. Our customers build fighter jet components, naval propulsion systems, satellite payloads, and aerospace platforms that support the Department of War. We make sure their Microsoft environments are ready for the job.

We are in a high-growth phase, and we are stacking the team to match. This role is how we make our most important customers feel like our only customers.

Job Description

Role Summary

This is the white-glove role for our most important accounts. When a named customer calls, you drop everything, pick up the phone, and solve it. Your job is to become the licensing partner they cannot imagine working without, the person who knows their environment, anticipates their needs, and makes Microsoft licensing feel effortless on their end.

The second half of the role is internal. You are the licensing authority who levels up the rest of the team. You coach Account Executives, sit in on sales calls, and make sure we recommend the right Microsoft solution every time, not just the easiest one to quote. Expect to get pulled into deals and handed tickets with almost no context. Part detective, part workhorse, you chase down the answer no matter how buried it is, and you do it with patience, warmth, and authority.

If you love being the person everyone turns to for the hard licensing question, and you genuinely enjoy taking care of people, this role was built for you.

What You'll Own

Named Account Concierge. Serve as the dedicated licensing point of contact for our highest-value accounts. Build deep relationships, respond with urgency, and roll out the red carpet every single time. These customers should feel like they have a licensing expert on speed dial, because they do.

Licensing Solution Advisor. Advise customers on the right Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing structure for their needs, balancing cost, compliance, and growth. Translate complex licensing documentation into clear, confident guidance.

Sales Enablement Authority. Partner with Account Executives on active deals, joining sales calls to scope and validate licensing. When an AE hits a licensing question they cannot answer, you are the escalation path, and the reason the right solution gets sold.

Internal Licensing Coach. Train and mentor internal teams on Microsoft licensing programs, products, and best practices. Raise the licensing IQ of the whole organization so good decisions get made without you in the room.

Ticket Detective. Own and resolve licensing tickets and customer requests, often starting from incomplete information. Find the question behind the question, chase the answer, and close the loop with the customer.

• Technical troubleshooting, system configuration, or hands-on IT work

• Azure architecture, deployment, or consumption optimization

• Microsoft 365 administration or technical support
