School Nurse ~ LPN
Location: Olympia, WA
Model: Full-time ~ 7 hours per day | On-site
School Year: 2026โ€“2027

*1:1 LPN need - student with VNS, G-Tube and toileting needs. Nurse must also ride the bus to and from medically fragile house to school*

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking passionate and dedicated School Nurses to join our team for the 2026โ€“2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for School Nurses in a variety of settings. What Youโ€™ll Be Doing*:

  • Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
  • Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency care plans.
  • Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings when needed, contributing medical and health-related insights.
  • Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.
  • Ensure compliance with state-mandated screenings and immunization requirements.
  • Respond to health emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and FERPA regulations.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services will be provided.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • School Nurse Services Credential (where required).
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
