The Sales Engineer has direct responsibility for profitable revenue growth throughout the designated areas of coverage. Industrial Services experience with Data Centers and Industrial water is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Works with Management in formulating, developing and implementing market strategies, market penetration and business goals and objectives.
  • Leverage industry and company knowledge to propose, negotiate, close profitable revenue opportunities, and create long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer requirements and market drivers to deliver well-aligned products and services at optimal pricing.
  • Responsible for the account ownership and designated revenue responsibility in assigned accounts.
  • Maintain company/contact information and document all sales calls, customer visits, and business opportunities.
  • Assist with significant job scopes and customer appointments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with local Sales and Operations, Facility Operations, and Vertical Sales to grow revenue.
  • Customer Support. Promote communication and coordination between sales, operations, customer service, and customers.
  • Manage and control sales expenses and ensure the timely submission of business expenses.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's (Engineering) preferred.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience; sales experience required.
  • Experience selling to Data Center and/or General Contractor preferred.
  • Industry and company knowledge, selling and negotiation, relationship building.
  • Communication, accountability for completing job responsibilities/objectives.
  • Ability and experience developing relationships within the customer network.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to work remotely.
